Integration

With five years living in foreign countries, I have experienced what it means to be unfamiliar to local contums.  Successful integration contains the rights and duties of both parties. Communication and Understanding are the premises for integration to happen.
My personal attitude: “Diversity is an advantage for the economic and scientific world as well as for the local community”

My goals for Ulm

• Pre-school language development and practice.
• More social workers in schools and institutions for handicapped people.
• Make stronger use of presently existing Organizations, with intense coordination and cooperation with
   other projects.
• ‚Round Tables‘ for jung students/pupils, Teachers, Parents and Mentors
